Do I really not have to write anything?
Correct. You fill in a short onboarding form telling us about your business - what you do, who your customers are, what you’re proud of. We take it from there and write every word on your site. You review it and tell us if anything needs tweaking.
Do I need to pay anything upfront?
Just your first month - £39.99. No setup fee, no deposit. That single payment starts the whole process.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel anytime, no questions asked. We register and manage your domain as part of the service, and if you leave you can transfer it to your own registrar account for a one-off fee of £20 - from that point it’s entirely yours.
What counts as a change request?
Anything on your site: updated hours, new photos, price changes, fresh text, a new section. You get 1 hour of changes included every month - most requests take far less.
Can I get more than 1 hour of changes a month?
Yes. If you need a bigger update, we’ll quote a fair fixed price before doing anything. Unused time doesn’t roll over, but most clients never hit the limit.
Who owns the website and domain?
We register and hold the domain as part of the managed service, and it’s used exclusively for your business. If you leave, you can transfer it into your own registrar account for a one-off £20 and it becomes entirely yours. The site design and content are built for you as part of the service.
